So I gotta say, the new inventory thing is a bit janky. You can't keep it open during a session change? I hate having to go through a jump gate or leave a station and have to reopen my inventory. That also includes each 'Shift Click' window I create. Very annoying.
If that gets fixed I'll be pleased with the new ui, its much easier for searching, and we all love google! |

A friend just said they "would love to rearrange CCPs workspace/desktop in a way that I find workable, just to see their faces".
Please look into the inventory window opening/closing on session changes. it seems that every other system i visit i have an inventory system back.
Also, does anyone else notice that each station attempts to remember where you left your shift click inventory windows? instead of each station being exactly the same? |

Have you tried clearing the cache? |

Might want to remove the last sentence. Super Friends like to keep that sentence there, haters gonna hate! Interesting how the Devs are answering the easy questions here, but totally ignoring the HUGE unified inventory issue. Just like on the other threads over the last month. CCP listening.... don't make me laugh
To be fair, I've monitored forums like this. The people monitoring these pretty much know nothing. I don't mean to be offensive, but the actual dev's do not have time to monitor these forums. Thats what more "people friendly" or "socially normal" people are for. I also don't mean to say that dev's can't talk to other people, but well... no they usually can't... :D |

Oh and doesn't is say right on the patch notes link: http://community.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&nbid=42269 says directly that the drones will be seeded, but it seems that hasn't happened. yet. I wonder when it will? |

Seems I still need to have the recial Battleship V to fly capitals. Was that not supposed to be changed in this expansion? I do recall there was a big blog with discussions around it? Not yet. That was our longterm plan for ship balance, but it has not been implemented.
Is there a date on that implementation? |

You should get it in batches, hopefully starting with the lower tier of the ship tree this winter.

Dicas SK wrote:Wouldn't it be more productive if the Replys from the "Devs" focus on actual issues rather just in chatting about what someone wrote? I'm still awaiting on a contact form support, but seems to me that nobody cares about the fact that there is a bug and users can't get in the game and actually do something call "PLAY".
thanks for the support.
I have to agree, but how long have you waited? Cause aren't they supposed to get back to you in 24 hours or less? Doesn't mean right away.
To be helpful too, have you tried the repair tool? Have you tried downloading the installer again? I know that takes time but it told me to do the same. Thankfully a system reboot and a few more tries/repairs fixed it all. |

So for now I'm just using Alt+C to open close the inventory window quickly. The clicking is very annoying and I know they are working on it. |

Paul Maken wrote:There is an Incorrect cargohold capacity check.
1.) Fill your cargohold with a stackable item. In my case, a Badger Mark II with 12513m3 of heavy defender missiles. 2.) Shift drag to split the stack in the cargohold. 3.) Drag one of the stacks into the station. 4.) Drag that stack back into cargo on top of the first stack to combine them.
Expected behavior: The cargo hold fits the same number of items as before. Observed behavior: Error: the cargo bay is overloaded...only capable of fitting 5512.5 units
That amount is exactly 5% more than show info capacity, but the ship requires Caldari Industrial III to fly, so the minimum capacity with skills even without expander modules should be 5250*1.15
It's not the capacity of the ship without a pilot as that is just 5250. It's less than the ship plus skills or the ship plus modules.
Dragging the second stack into the station into the cargohold without dragging it on top of the existing stack works as expected. The cargohold holds all the items from before.
I actually had this problem before all the new Inventory UI updates today. Same steps as you mention, create a half stack of something, drag it to station inventory, attempt to stack it back onto same items in cargohold of ship, "that action would require xx m3... blah blah". Only way to get it to work, is to NOT try to stack the station inventory onto a pile already in cargohold. Once its in your ship, right-click (oh no, more right clicking? thats not user friendly.. :P) and stack-all.
Good Luck |
